Who we are and what we do
SitioWise is a brand operated by Wise Connex (Herriman, Utah, United States). We design, build and operate websites and AI automations (such as call and message handling) for local businesses, under subscription plans or projects agreed by proposal.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and send us contact requests for your business. You agree not to use the form to send unlawful, defamatory or spam content, nor to attempt to compromise the site's security. We may limit or block access in case of abuse.
Conceptual examples ("demos")
As a sample of our work we create conceptual website examples for local businesses, built from the business's public information and stock imagery. These examples: (a) are visibly identified as conceptual examples created by SitioWise; (b) are not official sites of the business and claim no commercial relationship with it; (c) are excluded from search engines; and (d) are removed at the business's request within 24 hours. If an example becomes a real site, it happens only through an express agreement with the business.
Proposals, pricing and payments
Scope, pricing and timelines are agreed through a written proposal or published plan. Unless otherwise agreed: subscription plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled effective the next billing period, and project work already performed is non-refundable. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Intellectual property
Content you provide remains yours. The delivered site is yours upon completion of the agreed payment; the internal tools, templates and systems we build with remain ours. The content of this site (copy, design, the SitioWise brand) is property of Wise Connex and may not be reproduced without permission.
Warranties and liability
We provide services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (search rankings, call volume or sales). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
Our services may integrate third-party platforms (for example telephony, maps, messaging). Their availability and terms depend on their providers; we are not responsible for their outages.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that state, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. We may update these terms; the date above identifies the current version.
