Who we are
SitioWise is a brand operated by Wise Connex (Herriman, Utah, United States). We build websites and AI automation for local businesses. For the purposes of this policy, "we" refers to Wise Connex as the controller of the data described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter through the form on this site, noting that your request concerns privacy.
What we collect and why
Data you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, your business name, your phone number (optional) and your preferred language. We use them solely to reply, evaluate whether our service fits your business, and prepare a proposal.
Technical data. Our servers temporarily log basic security data: date, requested path and IP address. We use it to protect the site against abuse (for example, per-IP submission limits on the form) and it is deleted through normal log rotation.
What we do NOT do: this site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not buy contact lists.
Business data in our examples ("demos")
We create conceptual website examples for local businesses using only information the business itself makes public (name, category, address, phone and ratings published on Google). Every example is visibly identified as a "conceptual example", does not claim to officially represent the business, is excluded from search engines (noindex), and uses generic stock imagery — never the business's own photos, logos or property.
If an example refers to your business and you would rather it did not exist, request its removal from the example itself or through our form: we take it down within 24 hours, no questions asked.
Where and how long we keep data
Data is stored on our own infrastructure with role-restricted access and encryption in transit. We apply an automatic retention policy: personal contact data (phone, address, email, contact name) from discarded requests or from anyone who asked not to be contacted is automatically anonymized after 90 days. Data from active business relationships is kept for as long as the relationship and legal obligations require.
Providers
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) strictly necessary to operate. They receive only the data essential to their function and may process it in the United States or other jurisdictions under standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to us through the form. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within 30 days. If you ask not to be contacted, that flag is permanent: our systems treat it as a final, irreversible state.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses and their adult owners. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The date above identifies the current version; substantial changes will be highlighted on this page.
